Kauno baldai AB has the following bars:
Sheet material cutting bar
Gauge details are cut out and drilled from chipboard and plywood at this bar. Main equipment: MORBIDELLI Author, HOLZMA HPL11 Optimat, etc.
Foam cutting bar
Foam blocks are horizontally and vertically cut using HYMA band saw.
Cutting bar
All materials (tapestry, artificial leather, Fibertex, synthetic batt, spon-bond) are cut using an Asis BULLMER product computerised device. For single-unit orders, a single-layer computerised ZUND spreading and cutting machine is used.
Sewing bar
Embroideries are made using DURKOPP ADLER multipurpose sewing machines. Ornamental stitches (single and double-side seams) are made using a DURKOPP ADLER double-needle sewing machine.
